Shipping Worldwide
Shipping Costs: Shipping rates apply to all products. Some orders may require additional shipping charges. An 8.25% sales tax is required for North Carolina residents. Once you have selected which works you would like to buy, we will ship them to you with minimum cost via FedEx, UPS or the U.S. Postal Service delivery
services.
*Normal Delivery Time is approximately 7-10 days, which includes order processing
and transit time. Express shipping is available upon request.
Shipping Options. For questions regarding your order, please call us Monday through Saturday (9 AM to 6 PM EST) at 1-877-801-1006 or request tracking.
Although our website accepts orders 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, we can only process orders during our hours of operation (9 AM - 6 PM EST., Mon. - Sat.)
Return Policy
Rememberingandsavinglives.com guarantee our product to be free of breakage and frame defects. In the event there is a problem with the order due to our error, please notify us and the shipper within 48 hours of receipt so we can issue a call-tag to get
the incorrect merchandise back to us. After receipt of returned merchandise, your corrected order will be shipped immediately.
Return Without Shipper's Error: We strive to accommodate every client and provide superior service with a 10-Day Money Back Guarantee. If returning without shipper's error, you are required to email customerservice@rememberingandsavinglives.com or call 1-877-801-1006 for a Return Merchandise Authorization code (RMA). The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Artwork must be received undamaged and in excellent condition. Once received, your refund minus a 20% restocking fee, will be refunded/credited. All refunds for purchases made by credit card will be credited to the original transaction card number.

What are giclée prints?
The term "giclée print" connotes an elevation in printmaking technology. Images are generated from high resolution digital scans and printed with archival quality inks onto various substrates including canvas, fine art, and photo-base paper. The giclee printing process provides better color accuracy than other means of reproduction.Back to top
Are the paintings or poem framed?
Usually, we ship the paintings unframed because our experience is that buyers prefer this part of the buying left to themselves. However, we do provide custom framing
for our prints. If you would like to purchase a framed painting or poem, please see the "Framing Options" page or call and inform us which of the painting or poem prints you would like to have framed, and we will provide you with more information. Back to top
